• Customer request
• Exact definition of project details and job description
• Pre-selection of potential candidates out of our databank and network (long list) incl. check for interest, specific qualification, requested personality and availability
• Mutual prioritization (short list)
• Project proposal with terms and conditions and a clause for exclusivity
• Presentation of alternative candidates
• Contract conclusion: Customer – IMS – Interim Manager
• Start of operative work/assignment
