IM > Conditions

Search and presentation of candidates are free of charge, except reimbursement
of travel expenses.

With the decision for an Interim Manager and the start of an assignment the following
conditions will apply:

The agreed daily or monthly fee depends on

  • Complexity and duration of assignment
  • Requested qualification of the Interim Manager
  • Fix and performance-related components can be combined

Invoicing is

  • Monthly, at the end of every month, plus VAT

Travel Expenses will be passed on

  • According to expense vouchers or
  • according to a daily or monthly flat fee

Options for renewal or cancellation of the contract are flexible e.g.,

  • Fortnightly or monthly

All contracting and reporting will be handled by IMS Interim Management Solutions.
