IMS Interim Management Solutions, located in Koenigswinter/Germany, was founded in 1996. Dr. Harald Wachenfeld is acting Managing Director.

Since its foundation a large number of national and international partnerships and the Interim Management Network have been created by IMS. It will be continuously enlarged. Partner companies exist in China and Brazil.

In case an open project request cannot be matched with a suitable Interim Manager out of our own pool, IMS can access to the databanks within the network. Therefore up to now we could identify and present to our customers at least one qualified Interim Manager in every single project request, regardless very special requirements with respect to personality or product/market/branch experiences.

 

Furthermore numerous close cooperations habe been established with national and international companies operating in different fields e.g., Management Consultancy,
HR Consulting, M & A, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Companies,
Accounting, Spin-off and Start-up Initiatives as well as Business Development.
